About Salon Voices

Salon Voices, founded in 1996, is an innovative research and reputation management program dedicated to salons and their clients.

Norma Doneghy Anderson first saw a need to help salons solicit feedback from their clients so they could improve customer retention, loyalty, and relationships. Soon it became obvious that new technologies offered excellent opportunities to help salons manage their businesses, expand their marketing reach, increase brand awareness, and manage their reputations.

Additionally, Norma’s passion of providing women and men with the knowledge to take on many of the social and health challenges of the 21st century is part of her vision for Salon Voices. She is committed to making Salon Voices a valuable resource about financial, health, parenting and civic issues, in addition to the core consumer research offering.
Salon Voices evolved into a company for consumers and salon business owners and managers.
